New Mastervolt CombiMaster 3000 Inverter-Charger First to Integrate with CZone®
Mastervolt’s new CombiMaster 3000 combines a powerful and intelligent 3-step+ battery charger a quiet and efficient inverter and a versatile switching system. This is the first of a line of products that features integrated CZone® compatibility.
“This product is the result of a large engineering collaboration between Mastervolt engineers in Holland, and our CZone® engineers here in New Zealand.” Says Doug Anderson, Sales and Marketing Leader for Power Products New Zealand.
CombiMaster 3000 is available in both 12V and 24V models and is designed and built with a high VA rating and > 200% peak power that can start the most complex loads with ease. The automatic AC transfer system seamlessly switches between the generator, mains or inverter output to ensure a constant power supply and eliminates power dips.
“With modern boats having such high power demand, and a combination of voltages, maintaining and monitoring a constant power supply can be challenging” Says Anderson. “The integration with CZone® means vessel owners can take advantage of advanced monitoring of the Mastervolt systems.”
The power assist function of the Mastervolt CombiMaster 3000 prevents the main fuse tripping, should the vessel be connected to a weak shore power supply, small generator, or where power supplies are erratic and unreliable. In addition to handling all global grid voltages it also resists large voltage spikes and high temperatures.
