Firmware Upgrades:

No Software upgrade is necessary, TS1 is shipped with latest software (3.8V). BEP will advise via a technical bulletin if an upgrade is required.

Matching Your USB Cable To The Correct Drivers:

If your USB cable has either black or blue plug assemblies and no attachment screws in the serial plug, download "FTD1" drivers.
FTD1 drivers are compatible with Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7. (32 & 64 bit) operating systems.

If your USB cable has Turquoise plug assembles and the serial plug has attachment screws for fastening to TS1-PK, download "HL-340" drivers.
These drivers are compatible with windows XP (32bit) operating system.
